If you are unhappy with your order, please email shoppickleball@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you on making things right!
CANCELLATIONS
We begin working on each custom order promptly after they are placed. To cancel or change an order, you must email shoppickleball@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel or change your order. Please respect that this is a custom item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email shoppickleball@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
